Stuffed Avos with Spicy Salmon Salad

And to enjoy these gluten free, dairy free, grain free stuffed avos only requires a few simple ingredients.

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 cup tinned NAS salmon flaked (or freshly cooked salmon shredded)
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


  1. Cut the avocado in half and take the seeds out. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients and stuff the avocado halves with it! Enjoy.
