- 2 Avocados
- 1 cup tinned NAS salmon flaked (or freshly cooked salmon shredded)
- 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Cut the avocado in half and take the seeds out. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients and stuff the avocado halves with it! Enjoy.
