Ingredients:
- 8 stalks celery
- 8 sprigs parsley
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 lemon
- Water to dilute (optional)
Directions:
- Pass all ingredients through a juicer except water, then transfer to a jar and serve.
Notes:
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice to improve the flavour.
