Is Self-Doubt Holding You Back? (Client Case Study)

Is Self-Doubt Holding You Back? (Client Case Study)

There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique.

And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium
and it will be lost.

-Martha Graham

Self-doubt is one of the biggest unconscious patterns that I see so often that holds many back from the impact they want to create + living the life they’ve always imagined.

And, when I dig a little deeper, I see that at the heart of all these blocks lies ONE common story – I am not enough.

This innocent story is just trying to keep us safe, but it’s limiting and holds us back from claiming our freedom and really enjoying a sense of love and peace in our life.

So, today I want to share a story about what it looks like to breakthrough that self-doubt and rise to your full potential.

(Notice I didn’t say ‘overcome’? More on that in a moment…)

1 year ago, a woman reached out to me on a friend’s recommendation.

Despite the fact that she had contacted me, she seemed resistant to working together and doubtful the investment would be worth it.

She was surprised when I didn’t try to convince her to become a client but rather encouraged her to try it on her own.

I also suggested she look at whether this was a sneaky form of self-doubt that might be showing up to keep her in her comfort zone… or, whether she truly felt she was ready to be successful at this on her own.

3 months later she came back to me and called herself out because she hadn’t made any progress.

She then decided to join my mentoring program – in spite of her doubt – NOT because of having resolved it.

The program launched her into her freedom and unblocked everything that was in the way of her following her heart.

For the first time in her life, she is manifesting so much abundance and love in, has become a leader in her community and her life hasn’t been the same since.

Why am I sharing this with you?

Because your life changes when you do.

Because doubt dissolves in ACTION.

Because at a certain point, withholding your gifts, your love, your joy, your voice, your opinion, your knowledge, your art, your work, your affection, your vulnerability, your realness, your perspective, your truth…

Withholding YOU becomes selfish.

Who are you to say what’s good enough?

When you deem yourself to be the judge of what’s good enough, more than likely that manuscript will gather dust on your desk, the canvas will go un-painted, the idea will be voiceless, that person will never know how they lit you up.

For you. For everyone.

There is an on-flow butterfly effect of your failure to share.

Who will never know how deeply they mattered?

Who will never be inspired by your voice or your action?

Who misses out?

We all do.

So stop secreting it away. Stop stagnating. Stop sitting on it. Stop containing.

You didn’t come this far, to only come this far.

Remember that done is better than perfect.

Remember that perfect never comes.

Imagine your life BEYOND sabotaging your success and dreams.

Go all in on who you are NOW.

Do the best with what you know NOW.

You DON’T need to know the end when you begin.

Break up with the “not good enoughs”…

Burn through “what difference does it make”…

Who you are matters.

You won’t be for everyone, but you are for someone.

And to that someone, what you have to give the world matters.

And that’s the beginning of everything.

If you’re feeling stuck, I urge you to look deeper…

Is self-doubt clouding your clarity?

Is fear keeping you playing small?

If the answer is “yes” – or even “maybe” – let’s talk.

I’d love to support you in moving through any unconscious blocks that are keeping you from the life and love you truly desire.

It all begins right here with a message.

You deserve it. Your life deserves it.

End this year on a HIGH.

Your impact is yours for the taking.

In support of you,
