I “LOVE” it… And I Know You Will Too
When we stop to think about it…
What’s our deepest human need?
What’s the one thing that makes us feel truly happy, cherished and fulfilled?
Is it money? Nope.
Is it achievement? Nah.
Is it crazy fun adventures? Nup.
These things are all important in their own regard, but there’s one thing that goes much deeper.
It’s the essence of life.
Love for ourselves, love for others, love for our life, love for our mission, love for the world.
It’s no wonder something like 80% of the songs in the world are about love!
I know in my life, it’s when I’m most loving that I’m at my happiest.. and incidentally, this seems to lead to more money, achievement, and crazy fun adventures!
So today, I want to encourage you to try a little ritual I’ve been using recently.
On a small piece of paper, write this question:
Which brings me to some exciting news:
I am inviting in some new space by moving Happiness Lifestyle’s online home. The launch of my brand new, updated AND redesigned website has been set for mid-July (and by updated I mean an epic overhaul of re-branding, upgrading, developing and designing intensely these next few months). This is a game-changer for HL, and I can’t wait to share behind the scenes with you. I am committed to pouring my heart and soul into this, so please bear with me as I prune back a little, to give it the energy it needs.
I’m SO stoked to be featured on Holistic Entrepreneur Association where I dish up entrepreneurial wisdom about all things health and business with the beautiful Jessica. You can read my interview right here.
PLUS I’ll be popping my speaking pants on for the very first time on Saturday 6th June at the Eat, Play, Connect Event held at Maleny Grove, Sunshine Coast. Join us for a morning of health tips, growing ideas, local produce and epic connection. If you would like to attend (it’s free), hit the comments below to get all the juicy deets!
WOAH! BRING IT ON.
While my missives will vary in length post to post (this one is on the shorter side), I want to thank you so much for being here. It means the world.
Until next time, my sweet friend. Just love.
Much Love from the Sunny Coast,
P.S. Do you have a particular tip for being more loving? Hit the comments and let me know!
